Return Policy Duration
We offer a 60-day return policy. This means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return

Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items returned to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, inspect it immediately. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can address and rectify the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
- Customized products like special orders or personalized items.
- Personal care goods like beauty products.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
For a quick exchange, return the item you have, and once we accept the return, place a separate order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Ensure the item is in its original condition, unworn/unused, with tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. It might take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If over 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven't received it, contact info@modernhunting.com.
